Returns Policy
Once you've made a purchase on you have 14 days to decide if it's right for you. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, just return the item intact for an exchange or refund. Leather bags can only be exchanged but not refunded.
The refund will not include postage costs. Items must be unworn / unused with all tags in tact and returned within 14 days of receipt. We can't accept seasonal items after the season has ended or sale items that are no longer stocked.
In the interest of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery unless they are faulty.
If the items are deemed not to meet these standards we reserve the right to deny you a refund. In this instance we will return the item to you and any postage costs will be incurred by you.
For returned items postage will be incurred by the buyer unless there is a fault with the item or the order is inaccurate.
Exchange
As our stock is seasonal we cannot guarantee we can exchange the exact same item. In this instance you will be given the option of a refund or a different item. If the item exchanged is a different price then any price difference must either be paid by you. If the item is cheaper we will refund you via the method used for payment.

Refunds
All refunds will be paid to you via the method in which you paid, unless other arrangements are made. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of us receiving your package. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Product Information
We have endeavoured to respresent the colours of our merchandise as real life as possible. Nevertheless the colours may very slightly depending on your monitor settings.
Sizing
Many of our clothing items are a ‘free size’, so please refer to the approximate measurements as a guide. We do out best to ensure that all sizes, measurements and descriptions are as accurate as possible.
All sizes are Australian sizes.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST.
Availability
There may be instances in wich a certain product is no longer available by the time we receive your order. These are few and far between, but we will notify you as soon as possible via your nominated e-mail address. You will not be charged.
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. We will dispatch your order once we have received payment.
Payments accepted include the following:

We provide you with a confirmation page so you can check your order prior to purchase. Please ensure you check this before you complete the order. As you can imagine are not liable for any incorrect information you have provided.
Any discounts will be calculated at the checkout and will be reflected on the invoice.
There may be instances where we cannot fill an order. These include when we cannot obtain authorization of your payment, the product is out of stock or there is an error with your order.
In any of these instances, we will contact you via your nominated email.

Money Order
Money Orders are a trusted and affordable payment method. Please see Australia Post or your local bank for more information.
Bank Transfers
We will provide you with our bank account details for you to deposit directly into. We never see your bank account details. When paying by direct transfer, please use your order number as a reference. This will be given to you via your confirmation email to your nominated email address.
Lorin & Lee do not maintain any financial information, and we have partnered with the industry leader for secure online payments. However we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorized access to any data you provide.
