Payment and Delivery


Payments

Payments accepted include the following:

·         VISA and Mastercard (via Paypal). You do not have to  create a Paypal account to be to be able to do this.

·         Money Order

·         Bank Transfer ( When paying by direct transfer, please use your order number as a reference

·         Paypal (you will have to create a Paypal account). See www.paypal.com

If for some reason we cannot deliver the goods to you, we will advise you of this via your nominated email address, and refund  the full amount via your method of payment.

We provide you with a confirmation page so you can check your order prior to purchase.  Please ensure you check this before you complete the order.   As you can imagine are not liable for any incorrect information you have provided.

Any discounts will be calculated at the checkout and will be reflected on the invoice. ???

There may be instances where we cannot fill an order. These include when we cannot obtain authorization of your payment, the product is out of stock or there is an error with your order.

In any of these instances, we will contact you via your nominated email.

Delivery

We can deliver to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Domestic
We use Aust Post standard and Express for deliveries.  When you place an order, we will estimate delivery fees according to the total weight of your purchase(s).  We will aim to send out the package within 24 to 48 hours. Once dispatched, you should receive your items within 2 to 3 days, depending on whether you chose standard or express delivery.

Please note some outback areas may take longer.
